In 2011, I quit my job as a sales and marketing consultant at a local media company because I wasn't a very good corporate employee.
My loyalties were much more aligned with my clients…primarily the small business owners I worked with. The more I witnessed the disparity between small businesses and national chains, the more passionate I felt about providing local businesses a competitive edge.
To better attain the goals of my clients, I returned to school to study Multi-Media Design and Development at DeVry University. This provided me with technical skills that merged well with my existing marketing savvy.
In 2013, I launched JN Marketing, and thanks to my amazing clients, my freelance business is now my full-time occupation. JN Marketing provides all levels of marketing from small targeted campaigns to larger, more extensive initiatives. I enjoy the diversity of industries I work with, ranging from retailers to nonprofits to service providers. I love finding creative ways to maximize precious advertising dollars.
